Yoga and Mindfulness

Our Yoga and Mindfulness classes equip us with good breathing habits, time for stillness, and time for play.

We discover Yoga through movement exploration, story, breathing exercises, and fun. As we focus on Yoga, we  also try things such as partner stretching, Yin Yoga, mindfulness, and different forms of meditation. 

We incoroporate fun activities such as toe-ga, Yogi says, creating Yoga shapes out of pipe cleaners, and occasionally we become Yoga burritos!
